By applying to or participating in the Fundraising Sprint program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not apply or participate in the program.
Participation in the Fundraising Sprint is subject to acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our sole discretion. Accepted participants are expected to actively engage in all program activities and sessions.
Program fees are due upon acceptance. Refund policies will be communicated during the application process. We reserve the right to modify program fees with reasonable notice.
All program materials, including but not limited to templates, frameworks, and educational content, remain the intellectual property of the Fundraising Sprint. Participants may use these materials for their own fundraising efforts but may not redistribute or resell them.
The Fundraising Sprint provides educational guidance and support but does not guarantee fundraising success. We are not liable for any outcomes related to your fundraising efforts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
